Fredrik Emdén, journalist and writer

I have worked as a journalist for over 25 years. I am one of Sweden's most experienced journalists when it comes to leadership and working relations. During the last ten years I have written reviewing articles about Sweden's top managers for Chef, Scandinavia's leading magazine on leadership. For many years, I have been a member of the jury that annually appoints the Manager of the Year, Årets chef.

My latest management book, Harder Better Faster Stronger, which is about running a company without traditional leaders and that strongly questions why we organize our companies as we do, written together with Erik Ringertz, has been translated into German.

By regularly writing about Swedish and international artists for among others Swedish online magazine Zero, I get the chance to express my lifelong interest in music.
